I received my doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, I am certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a nutritional health coach, board-certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as a diplomat and also trained as a SMART resilience trainer.
