Whether you are just becoming curious about how therapy can help you improve your life, are seeking guidance to better manage a stressful world, or looking to heal from trauma, I am here to offer support backed by evidence based practices. You aren't broken- you are carrying around protective strategies that once made sense. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and shift the patterns that no longer serve you. My approach builds on your strengths, provides you with education and insights you can apply to daily life and can assist you in feeling better. I am trained in EMDR, a modality designed to alleviate symptoms of PTSD and Anxiety. I use other modalities to assist with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, life transitions and grief related issues. We can work together to identify and change negative thought and behavioral patterns, navigate difficult relationship dynamics- whether with partners, family or colleagues, or explore the origins of protective patterns you are hoping to heal from. I offer a space for healing and development, where you may be challenged to become your best self, while also being supported unconditionally.
