What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, I will take the time to listen to your story, understand your goals, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. Sessions typically involve a blend of talk therapy and skill-building exercises, with a focus on helping you identify patterns, gain insight, and make meaningful changes. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate mindfulness practices, cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation techniques, and motivational strategies. My process is transparent and collaborative—you will always be an active participant in your own healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In addition to my clinical background, I was a fitness instructor with a special interest in the connection between mind, body, and spiritual well-being. I believe that mental health is deeply intertwined with physical and spiritual wellness, and I strive to integrate holistic practices into my work when appropriate. Together, we can explore strategies that support your overall health, resilience, and growth.
