Susan is compassionate and understanding. She offered a range of tools to explore helping me deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian.
Susan Colby is amazingly helpful and an empathetic listener. I have had counseling with several therapists and finding someone like Susan is rare. I started therapy 10 years ago and can count on one hand how many therapists were helpful and truly cared. With her help and putting my work and effort into working at it I was able to process and work through a lot of things and able to move forward instead of dwelling on the past. Susan is kind, smart, compassionate, a good listener, has a great sense of humor and extensive knowledge and dealing with life in general. We worked through some difficult emotions past and present. We worked on this together for a long time and each time she was very quick to respond in a timely manner and very thoughtful and with her words and response.
Susan is awesome and down to earth. She listens, is very compassionate and non-judge mental. She is very responsive and keeps tabs with her clients even when no appointments have been made. She’s a great therapist.
Absolutely amazing! Tremendous help for me during my time of need. She really helped me come out of a dark place and assisted me with changing my perception and negative outlook. She gave real life examples of how to improve my life on a day-to-day basis! She is amazing!
I am so thankful to have found her; it has made all the difference in the world. Susan has been a very empathetic and talented therapist. She's helped me a lot.
She's been great so far. One of the best therapists I've worked with. She's very to the point though and I sometimes feel difficulty explaining and getting my point across. But we communicate well.
Susan is the best therapist I've worked with in my life. She's the first person to ever help me understand the root causes of how I feel, think and act. I'm grateful for being accurately matched to Susan's abilities.
Susan has been very supportive, and she cares deeply. She is a professional and suggested many methods to improve my situation. I highly recommend her.

It's been of real help to have a therapist like her, and I would highly recommend her service, especially for those that struggle with self-esteem.
