I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience working with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma. I believe that meaningful change happens in a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I completed my graduate-level education and clinical training in mental health counseling and have spent my career working in a variety of clinical settings, which has allowed me to support individuals with diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and needs. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with adolescents, adults, and families facing both everyday stressors and more complex emotional and relational challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and relationship issues, and I am especially mindful of how life transitions, stress, and past experiences can impact emotional well-being. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
