What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect therapy with me to feel calm, warm, and supportive, while still providing structure and direction. I’ll take the time to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change, then work with you to develop an approach that fits your needs. Depending on what feels most helpful, I may draw from Humanistic and Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better in the moment—it’s to help you develop insight, coping skills, and a stronger understanding of yourself that can support you over the long term. Clients often describe therapy with me as a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment, while also feeling encouraged to make meaningful progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is a partnership. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin, and you don’t have to move faster than you’re ready to. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, adjusting our approach as your needs and goals evolve. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to book a session and see what online therapy can look like for you. You deserve a space where you can be yourself, feel supported, and work toward the life you want.
