My name us Susan. I have been practicing, in Pennsylvania. for 25 years. I have my LCSW. The bulk of my career was spent in an atypical long term care facility. Clients ranged from 18 to 100 with a myriad of mental health challenges. In this setting i provided one to one therapy and ran groups. Group work consisted of anger management, chronic illness and improving interpersonal skills. Going into private practice. my role in this partnership is the provision of a judgment free environment where we can strategize, addressing and overcoming the many challenges we all have.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I truly wish I could have selected more of the options above. Working with Susan is a phenominal experience. She listens and tries to put all the pieces together. I always leave our session with a calmness and a game plan. She is the best.
