My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are and forming a therapeutic alliance. While my focus areas are not limited, I often work with anxiety and depression. My approach is eclectic; however, cognitive behavioral therapy is frequently used. Let’s see what works best for you. I do not discriminate and work with clients ages 15 to 90. My specialties, though not limited, include depression, anxiety, and grief. My communication style is very laid back and promotes a calm, nurturing environment.
