What is your typical process for working with clients?

I Provide Individual Therapy for Adults and Adolescents include addressing Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Personal Trauma, School Avoidance, Behavior Modification, Coping Skill Development, Self-Care Improvement, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Practices, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Exposure Therapy
