With my education, including a Master’s in Social Work from Norfolk State University, and my extensive experience, I believe we all share common ground. My strengths lie in a coaching approach focused on resolution and solutions. I believe we all have an authentic self—the self we started out as before life threw us a curveball—and I can help you find or develop that person. I am a mom of four adults and a Nonna to five grandchildren. I also have two cats who are like babies to me, along with many grand pups and cats. I am passionate about fitness and wellness and work in those fields as well.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
