Susan is very loving and nurturing, she understood my needs in a short time and provided me a step by step process on empowering myself, identifying my trauma and find myself again. I’m excited to have her as my provider and looking forward to the journey.
Susan has helped me to change my life for the better, and I am so grateful for her guidance and support. She is thoughtful, non-judgemental, patient, honest/direct and has given me tools to better care for myself and those I love. I trust her guidance and the exercises that she gives me, and after 15 years of not loving mysef I am changing negative patterns, regulating big feelings in the moment, learning to trust my intuition, learning more about who I am and all the good that I deserve. Thank you, Susan! I love knowing myself more with each day!
Susan has been an absolute angel. Before I started therapy I was really nervous, I had been through so much and I was worried no one would be able to help me. My mother is a narcissist and a drug addict and my father was murdered a week before I was born. I had to grow up fast and make a life for myself all alone. I was in a dark place and Susan has helped me identify my trauma responses and has helped me let go off the pain, hurt and exhaustion of it all. I was angry for a long time and always thought I would be. And it took a lot of hard work but I’m happy to say Im no longer angry at world, angry at my parents and most importantly angry at my mother. Im proud of where I am today, and Susan was with me every step of the way. I never felt alone and always felt like I had someone in my corner rooting for me to be the best version of myself. Starting therapy was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and I’ll recommend Susan to anyone who will listen. I am so grateful to have her.
Suz is a very professional and personable therapist who brings a lot to the table. She has a plethora of skills and techniques helping me with my relationship to my partner, myself and also my past. Suz has changed and improved my life and I can't thank her enough.
Very helpful and profound therapist. Highly professional, warm, encouraging, and positive. I find her reiki energy healing session effective and helpful. She has also done visualizations with me to prepare me for important life events, which has helped me a lot. I highly recommend her. Sometimes, just talking about how I understand the universe helps a lot as she is very open-minded and understanding. She simply makes me feel better and is a valuable cooperation partner on my healing journey. I feel lucky to have her as my therapist.
I came to Susan after a very bad breakup and cancer diagnosis. She was amazing. She guided me through childhood trauma that I had experienced while growing up in a cult. She was always there for me and helped me make major shifts. I have the utmost respect and gratitude for all of the support and guidance she's given me.
Susan has dramatically changed our lives for the better. She has guided us through the very complex and challenging times dealing with traumas specific to narcissistic abuse. During our first session, we knew Susan was the right therapist for us. She is extremely knowledgable, attentive, empathetic and creates a very safe and comfortable space to communicate, listen and learn. Susan has taught us so much about narcissistic abuse and dysfunctional family programming in a very short amount of time. This has helped us immensely on our journey. She has provided us with additional resources (literature, blogs, videos) to further learn and better understand narcissistic personality disorder. She has given us the tools to cope with and navigate these dynamic relationships we have in our lives. Her virtual sessions are very convenient for our work schedules and she has been very accommodating to us for additional sessions on short notice. Susan has changed our lives for the better!
I have been through many counselors over the years and have not had one as phenomenal as Susan. She cares very deeply about her clients and has helped me through removing myself from a toxic relationship. She has been life changing in the healing journey. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
I recently had the privilege of working with incredible therapist Susan, and I want to share my exceptional experience. Susan's warm energy created an atmosphere of comfort and acceptance. Her genuine kindness and compassionate demeanor immediately put me at ease, making it easier for me to open up about my deepest traumas. Susan has a remarkable ability to make you feel seen, heard, and valued- a quality that sets her apart in the realm of therapy. What truly sets Susan apart is her profound knowledge and expertise. She demonstrates an impressive understanding of various therapeutic techniques and combines them seamlessly to tailor her approach to each individuals unique needs. She instills hope in her clients and encourages them to believe in their capacity for growth and change. Susan is a true advocate for healing and personal growth. My gratitude for her impact on my life is immeasurable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone on their journey to healing & self discovery.
Susan was fantastic! She is clearly passionate about what she does and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
Susan is beyond helpful. Had a lot of built up issues from my childhood. Not only did Susan help me work through these issues, she also helped me understand more about my relationship with my mother. I am still on a healing journey but cannot believe the progress I’ve max with Susan. I am excited to continue to heal and work through my childhood. I will say if you are not willing to put in the work susan may not be the best match. But if you are ready to heal I could not recommend her more.
Susan is incredible to work with through various issues and challenges. She provides such care and support throughout the process that makes the overall environment feel safe and welcoming. There is some outside work involved, but that’s all a part of the journey. The assignments are about releasing through your own words, writing your chapters in a way that lets your thoughts pour itself into the page. If there’s any scheduling issues, she works with you to find the best time/day. Even when we’re not in a session, she’s always checking in and providing more resources to help you along your journey. I am still venturing through the healing process, but looking back a year ago today, I am incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve learned so much while sharing the toughest parts of my life and how I can better my mental state going forward. I am extremely grateful for all that Susan has done to help me through my journey.
Susan has been amazing. She has helped me navigate the issues in my marriage as well as heal the past traumas I’ve had. I would 110% recommend her to anyone looking for help. She listens, is kind caring and compassionate. She’s truthful, real and raw when needed and always respectful of my needs and feelings. She’s professional but at the same time is like talking with a good friend that has amazing advice and tools. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found her
Susan is amazing! I was so afraid to start therapy and bring up trauma I’ve been suppressing for 20 years. But Susan has made me feel so safe and heard that I look forward to our weekly sessions. She has helped me come into myself and has given me tools I’ll take with me for the rest of my life. Consider yourself very lucky if you get paired with Susan??
Susan changed my life! I can't express how grateful I am for Susan's guidance when I was skeptical of therapy and had therapists I didn’t connect with before her. Her spiritual approach and the inner child work she did with me truly changed my life. Susan's compassionate and insightful support has helped me towards healing and self-discovery. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to put in the work to change their life!
Susie helped me move forward after being in a toxic, emotionally abusive marriage. I was stuck in a rumination cycle and with detailed Journaling prompts and working through it, she was able to help me. I can't recommend her enough!
Susan’s approach was a good fit for me as I needed massive change and results! I recommend her as a therapist, she’s top notch.
Susan has been amazing during our couples therapy. She has a way of helping you see that you and your partner are on the same team and provides a safe environment to explore that. For someone like me who has past religious trauma she is incredibly open minded and caring in your healing journey. Highly recommend if you are ready to try something new and do the work.
Susan has helped me more than I could ever have dreamed with healing my inner child and stress response. By incorporating a variety of therapy techniques, her approach has led me on an incredible journey of understanding, acceptance, growth and love for myself. If I could have Susan available to help all of my friends and family, I absolutely would recommend her! She consistently surprises me with her presence and immediacy when I need help. She always goes above and beyond any other therapists I have worked with in the past.
Susan Lane is an exceptional therapist and healer. I have only been working with her for about a month now and already have seen major shifts in my energy and quality of life. This is mainly because of how much I’ve been able to release and heal with her guidance. I wanted to focus especially on the blockages and limitations I had around inner child work, intimacy, and guilt and she was able to provide really powerful and useful exercises and perspectives to help release a lot of that. She is so gifted and has a high level of skill in her field and I am so grateful to have found her. She is serious, professional, straightforward, compassionate and truly cares about you doing the work and bettering your life. I have so much respect and admiration for her! She’s a must if you’re serious about digging deep and healing.
Susan Lane is an exceptional therapist and healer. I have only been working with her for a little less than a month and have already seen major improvements in my life. I wanted to focus on some traumas and inner child work that I have not addressed for decades and she has an incredible way of taking you through the process of understanding what’s really going on. I was able to release a lot, especially in the realm of blockages and guilt and limitations. I am looking forward to more growth and healing with her and after trying a few therapists on and off that never were really a good fit I’m beyond grateful to have found Susan! I truly respect and admire her so much for her commitment and expertise.
Since meeting Susan, there hasn't been a day where I haven't appreciated her presence in my life. To put it simply, she is a life-saver. Above all, she is incredibly passionate about guiding you through your issues, telling you how it really is, and her guided meditation and breath work practices have become staples in my week-to-week sessions. Like so many others who seek therapy, I came to Susan with a series of deep, painful issues that made me feel like my world was crashing down before me. At our initial meeting, it was clear that Susan immediately jumped into my situation. With every subsequent session, I felt her wisdom, courage, spirit, and energy, which has left me so grateful for her time, advice, encouragement, and sometimes, much needed tough-love. Susan is an incredibly gifted counselor and practitioner, and I'd urge anyone who is seeking significant change in their life to come to her - all you need is an open-mind and heart, and Susan will lead you through the rest!
The experience I share with Susan is exactly what I need. She helps me heal through the emotional damage I’ve received from a recent separation. I have a genetic disposition to alcoholism from my father and I’ve found speaking with her is the healing energy I need, rather than numbing my pain with alcohol. I love how she offers a little meditation during my sessions. You don’t find that often. Her meditations are soothing and they help me achieve mental clarity and more peace.
Susan helped me completely transform my programming and work through my childhood wounds. I didn’t think therapy could be this transformative, but I was wrong! Susan’s approach (inner child work, spiritual breath work, writing and journaling) really helped me see and understand myself, even though I’ve always been a reflective person. I cannot recommend Susan enough! Be ready to do the work to get the most out of therapy!!
Susan is absolutely amazing as a therapist! She has seriously helped change my entire life and me as a person, for the better! I was in an extremely dark place and had no skills on how to even function or think properly! Susan helped me get my mind clear and figure out my wants and needs and fight for those wants and needs! Not only in myself but for in those relationships around me! I have recommended Susan to every single person that comes to me asking for a therapist recommendation, she changed my life and my partners. I will forever be thankful for her! Not only did she help me fight through my trauma, but she gave me to tools on how to think for myself and problem solve myself. So since I have been out of therapy, I deal with situations way better than I ever have before! That would be my biggest takeaway from our therapy! I still situations in my life, but I know how to better handle those situations now with my health being the #1 priority! I will remember Susan forever! :)
I started working with Susan to help me in processing and managing nearly unbelievable situations with my ex who is a narcissistic sociopath. Although I have a No Contact Order, he will let our four childrens basic needs far to the wayside to hurt or control me. Since working with Susan I am able to not be triggered as often and when I am, I have tools to help me shift from that space quickly. I appreciate that Susan tells it like it is. I believe therapy is beneficial for everyone, however you can only get as much out of it as you put in and part of that is finding the right therapist to support you. Sometimes that means 'tough love' or positive affirmations. I appreciate that within a few moments of talking with her each session just by my voice she is experienced to know what energy I'm sitting in. As a people pleaser I can sit in negative thoughts or in my anxiety longer than I need to. Susan is trained in many techniques to help and she genuinely cares!! Highly recommend!!!
Susan has been truly one of the greatest blessings in my life. My ex husband was a narcissist and after he passed away a few months ago, I didn't know how much trauma I endured in my 10 year relationship with him and with Susan's wisdom and guidance I feel so healed from it all. We've worked through the greiving process of his passing, the situation I'm going through my our daughters and it's been hard but all so worth it. Healing isn't always the most joyous thing but it bring so much peace and understanding as to why we behave/react the way we do. She is so passionate, loving, real/straight forward and I just love the balance of all she brings to the table. She truly feels like a good friend who cares deeply. Wish I could give her the biggest hug ever because just in a matter of a couple of months we've worked through soooo much and we're only getting started. I am grateful beyond measure. Her techniques used ie: breathwork, meditation, release letters, etc. are chefs kiss!!!!!!!!!
Susan has helped me more than any therapist I've had in the last twenty years! She is truly amazing and her communication style is empathetic, compassionate and overwhelmingly caring - she only wants the best for you. She has a profound understanding of how to heal from trauma and pain associated with domestic violence and sexual abuse. I came out of an emotionally turbulent, manipulative and abusive marriage feeling broken and defeated. I also had unresolved childhood trauma and Susan has helped me to resolve my crippling problems and to come out the other side of both the marriage and my trauma feeling strong. Whole. Healed. I feel better than I have done in years. Thank you Susan, for your extraordinary gift, your knowledge and for helping me to deal with the very hard stuff.
Susan has actually helped me, and I feel better than I have. She cares about you and holds you accountable. She’s amazing therapist.
Wonderful. Susan is lovely lady who helped heal my absurd trauma quickly by diving in deep. It was a lot of hard emotional work and I’m so thankful Susan was able to guide me through it.
I have been under care of therapists on and off over the last 25 years. I have never had a therapist like Susan! She is action driven and an expert in addressing trauma. I have experienced significant trauma from losing both parents at a young age, war, sexual abuse, loss of pregnancy, loss of relationships and more. The list goes on and so does the impact all this trauma has caused me. Susan is action driven and has provided unique treatment combined with trauma therapy along with spiritual driven methods. I have never addressed and cleared trauma as I have with her. I've been able to identify the cause of my behavior as it relates to trauma, and I've made changesI never thought I could accomplish, If you are looking to change your life, she's the one. This is not talk therapy, it's action therapy with compassion and results! She validates my feelings and is a strong communicator. If you are looking to change your life and address your pain, you've come to the right therapist.
Susan has been life changing for me, if it wasn’t for her, I would have remained stuck in a DV relationship. She has helped me in so many ways work through the trauma of abuse and the trauma bond. Also, helping me to understand the reasons why I hadn’t been able to detach and continuing to help me to implement what I have learnt with her. I am so incredibly grateful after every session and for Susan’s highly effective processes and strategies to move forward to the life I want. I love that she has such a dynamic range of processes such as meditation, breath work, writing as well as talking, it has brought a lot to the surface to work through. Susan is compassionate and so refreshing, she has helped me to feel excited for the future and free of the things that have holding me back. Therapy with Susan is one of the best decisions I’ve made!
Susan was amazing. She gets down to the deep rooted issues and I'm excited to begin my healing journey with her. Would recommend to anyone trying to heal, especially their inner child.
