I am licensed in both Florida and Kentucky with over 20 years of professional work experience. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, to take the first steps toward a change to a better life by doing the emotional, intellectual, and behavioral work to discover and realize your fullest potential. So I am here to support and empower you on that journey. I use a variety of theories and methods including Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and others as needed. I've worked with all ages of adults, teens, and children as well as couples and families dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, communication skills, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, past trauma, separation and divorce, blended families, adoption, foster care, veteran and military family issues around deployments, reintegration, moves and separating from service.
