I specialize in supporting individuals through prolonged grief, suicidal ideations, trauma, PTSD, divorce, relationship struggles, and eating disorders. Whether you are dealing with past traumatic experiences, life's challenges, a medical diagnosis, or self-esteem issues, I provide an empathetic and supportive space for us to work together to help you process and gain clarity to resolve your concerns. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from West Texas A&M University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to guide you through your healing journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With a strengths-based approach, I integrate several Evidenced Based Therapies to help you navigate grief, trauma, and emotional distress. Our sessions will be interactive, and empowering, equipping you with practical coping strategies to manage stress, improve relationships, and foster personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will work to complete an intake assessment, where you share the issues you are facing and your desired outcome is explored. I will, with your input, design a treatment plan with your goals and the therapeutic approach that will be used.
