Getting to know Susan Niznik

I believe that the therapeutic process is a valuable vehicle for positive change in a client's life. I use a holistic approach with several research-based interventions including CBT, ACT, and DBT. I earned my Masters in Clinical-Counseling from La Salle University in 2005. I earned my EdS in School Psychology from Rowan University in 2012 and my PsyD in Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021. I have been providing therapy for twenty years and have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, ADHD, executive function deficits, and school issues. Starting therapy can feel scary and is often not an easy thing to do. It takes courage to ask for help.My job will be to support you through listening, reflection and guidance on this journey, so that you do not have to take it alone. I provide a supportive environment and meet my you where you are.
