Together, we will work towards empowerment and help you create that future that you envision for yourself. I am an EMDR trained therapist that works with PTSD, Veterans, First responders, Military, Sexual and childhood trauma, anxiety and depression. I utilize modalities such as CBT, EMDR and mindfulness to empower my clients to recognize their own strengths and work towards their future selves.
