I have been in practice for 20 years specializing in working with individual adults, couples, and families. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University. My areas of specialty include Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Marital and Family conflict, eating disorders, PTSD, and primarily helping clients resolve traumas by employing healthy coping and communication skills. I also assist clients in gaining insights into complex emotions and triggers that impact their mental health and relationships. My goal for each client is to reduce symptoms that impede their joy and happiness in daily living.
