If you are feeling down, anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed, I would like to help you look for the causes, discover your inner strengths, and help you move forward. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, retired school counselor, and general and special education teacher, wife, mother, and grandmother, I know that change is inevitable. However, it can also be a time of growth. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, children's mental and behavioral health issues, depression, grief and bereavement, perinatal support, learning disorders, stress, family relationships, life transitions, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, and trauma. My approach is to create a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your challenges together and find effective strategies to overcome them. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your unique experiences and feelings are valued. I believe in the power of therapy to facilitate personal growth and healing, and I am committed to helping you navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. Outside of my professional life, I cherish my roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
