I received my MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2008, and I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Houston. I am also a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I have been in private practice since 2011. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), which is a powerful technique to help you process and heal from trauma. My focus is on working with adults to help them make new connections related to their trauma or life-distressing events. Whether you are dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, or other forms of distress, I am here to support you.
