Hello! My name is Susana Garcia. I am a licensed mental health counselor and a board-certified dance/movement therapist with over 18 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Naropa University. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals connect to their inner wisdom, especially the wisdom of their bodies. As a proud LGBT+ affirming therapist and member of the queer community, I am committed to discussing multicultural issues, including systemic oppression and its effects on mental health. Susana is really good at listening and asking all the right questions to get you to really think about why you do the things you do and move the way you move. She is non-judgemental, shows up on time for sessions and has a structured way of running her sessions. I would highly recommend Susana if you're ready to really dig deep and understand why you are the way you are and identify ways to live life in a way that honors yourself and your values.
