Hello, my name is Susana Valdez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Fresno. I work with individuals and specialize in adults who may be experiencing difficult life events, challenges, or transitions. I practice a strength-based approach to therapy, focusing on each individual's strengths and capacity for resiliency while taking into consideration how difficult it is to make life changes.

Through a supportive and confidential environment, I assist clients in reducing emotional distress, identifying and understanding problematic behaviors, and developing appropriate tools to improve their overall quality of life. I strive to create a client-centered, empathetic, and judgment-free environment that fosters insight, acceptance, and self-compassion.
