“While I like how she references other resources and materials to help me, I'd appreciate more answers and guidance from her directly, that way I know it's tailored specifically to me and my situation. Examples: + I've asked about Disorganized Attachment and she's referenced a website and their quiz and resources... But I'd like specific guidance from her on how to personally work on it. +Autism (likely, but not an official diagnosis.) While I understand that a lot of things I will do myself outside of therapy sessions, again, more guidance or advice from her on how to deal with it. ”

Getting to know Susann Eirosius

Welcome! I'm glad we found each other. I am an LCSW-S from Texas with a Master's in Social Work from Texas State University and over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in state hospitals, inpatient and outpatient facilities, and FQHCs, collaborating closely with medical providers for medication management. I am naturally empathetic, curious, and enjoy helping others. Therapeutically, I draw on Solution-Focused and Client-Centered Therapy, tailoring my approach to each individual client and grounding it in a strong therapeutic relationship. During the counseling process, we will work together using a strengths-based and integrated perspective, focusing on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I view therapy as a sacred journey in which you and I will collaborate to identify the goals you want to achieve. My aim is to empower my clients and encourage growth throughout the counseling process to help achieve a better quality of life. I often use humor to connect with my clients. I will provide you with a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental safe space where we can openly discuss whatever brings you to counseling. Every individual is unique, and so are their life challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, or other everyday stressors, reaching out for help is the first step toward hope and healing.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I have had a lot of therapists and she is by far the best. Friendly, understanding and reassuring.

Really friendly and very very easy to connect with. She provides great perspectives and teaches helpful practices to find grounding within yourself. I’ve enjoyed every session with her so far!
Have really enjoyed my sessions with Susann. She creates an open & safe environment to work through things together, gives perspective to limiting beliefs while giving practical feedback to implement into my life. Would recommend her to anyone looking to process life events with, she’s been a huge help this year for me and working with her has changed my life for the better.
Susann is such an intelligent and warm natured person. This is my first time ever doing therapy so I don’t know what’s expected but I feel heard and actually feel like I’m making a breakthrough.
Susann has been above and beyond as someone I can talk to and her kindness and knowledge and understanding, especially with my situation in dealing with a narcissist had been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her
Makes you feel you can trust her.
