I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike.
I love helping people realize their own strengths and learn to utilize them. I'm non-judgmental and open-minded in therapy sessions, and comfortable discussing sometimes difficult topics. Therapy can be difficult and uncomfortable. My role is to help you learn to tolerate that discomfort, so you can live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. In addition to OCD, my areas of focus include LGBTQ+ issues, depression, self-esteem/self-compassion, and mindfulness.
