Navigating anxiety or grief? Dealing with burnout or love issues? I'm here to help. I work with adults who are struggling with life transitions or feeling that life didn't turn out as expected. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, conversation, practicality, while giving room to delve deeper. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and IFS therapy, our sessions won't feel one-size-fits-all. I listen, validate, question, offer perspectives, teach skills, and challenge patterns to help you. The goal isn't to overhaul you, but to better understand yourself and make life more bearable and meaningful. I'm a qualified therapist using CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and IFS in my practice.
