Susie has been a voice and piano teacher since the age of fourteen, beginning in her native Brazil. She has excelled in music instruction and performance, as indicated by her résumé, and has served as an educator and advocate for young people at a consistently high level. Her interest in mental health care was sparked by personal experiences through her teaching efforts. Susie recognizes that her empathy and ability as a teacher and mentor for young people have led her to this stage in her career. As a therapist, she creates a warm and open environment where cli-ents can safely explore and process their emotions, identify personal strengths, and overcome life’s challenges to achieve their goals.
