I have had the honor of working in the field of social work for 27 years and love supporting clients as they work to heal past wounds and realize their true magnificence. As a therapist, I work to create an open and safe partnership with clients where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement. I use a strength-based approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma Informed Care to support clients in working toward their goals. I assist clients in integrating past experiences and wisdom gained, while working to cope with change and provide useful tools to those struggling with stress, anxiety, relationship issues (with self and others), family issues, grief and loss and other life challenges.
