What should a new client know about working with you?

I am very invested in helping you take that next step, face your fears, deal with difficult people in your life or plan how to reach your goal. Problems that feel overwhelming can managed when you share them. I'm a good listener. I want to hear where you feel you're stuck and what's getting in the way. Do you have a vision of your future? Are you feeling overwhelmed? How do you cope? Do you feel you have the life skills you need? Are you repeating unhealthy patterns? I ask a lot of questions to help you come up with the best plan that will get back on track and embracing your future.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. We will look at how your thoughts and beliefs are affecting your actions (or non-actions) and your current living experience. We'll examine them and come up with a plan.
