Getting to know Suzanne Day

Hello! I'm Suzanne, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. My approach is rooted in Behaviorism, which means we will work together to identify and target specific behaviors that can help you improve your current mental state. I believe in seeing quantifiable progress from our work together, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. A little about me: I love the sun, being by water, and dogs! In my free time, I volunteer with a Great Dane rescue. These huge, goofy, couch potato dogs bring so much joy to my life. I've moved around a lot and attended Syracuse University for my undergraduate degree and completed my graduate studies in Washington D.C. With two decades of experience, I specialize in trauma, grief, relationship issues, anxiety, addiction, and depression. I've also been heavily involved in working with the military, veterans, and first responders. You are the subject matter expert in what you need, and I will provide the tools, support, information, and backing to help you achieve your goals. Together, we will create actionable steps to reach those goals and make meaningful progress. I understand that seeking therapy can be a big step, and I want to make the process as comfortable and effective as possible for you. Whether you're dealing with stress, life transitions, or any other challenges, I'm here to help. Let's work together to create a path forward that feels right for you. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to support you. Let's connect and start this journey together.
