I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and other life challenges. I bring patience, compassion, and genuine care to my work with each person.

My approach is person centered and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will identify your goals, explore the barriers that may be keeping you from moving forward, and develop healthy coping skills and strategies to help you navigate through life’s ups and downs with greater confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take the time to listen, earn your trust, and create a safe space. I am invested in helping you grow and making therapy a positive experience. I believe successful treatment begins with the desire to change, a commitment to follow through, and support of the right person to guide you along the way. I would be honored to be that person!
