Therapy for Teens, Parents & Women in NY | Anxiety, Postpartum, Emotional Overwhelm If you’ve been holding it together on the outside but feeling overwhelmed underneath, you’re not alone. Whether it’s your child, your family, or your own transition—this is where things can start to feel easier. I work with teens, parents, and women who are feeling overwhelmed—whether that’s anxiety, emotional burnout, or a life transition that feels harder than expected. This includes supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional shifts that come with becoming a mother. When a child is struggling, it impacts the entire family. And when you’re struggling—especially during the perinatal period—it can feel even harder to show up the way you want to. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I specialize in anxiety, emotional regulation, and perinatal mental health, helping you feel more steady, supported, and in control in your day-to-day life. My approach is warm, direct, and focused on helping you feel better in real, tangible ways—often sooner than you expect. I am currently in-network with Aetna. For out-of-network plans, we partner with Mentaya to help simplify reimbursement and reduce the overall cost of care. I offer virtual sessions across New York. If you’ve been holding a lot on your own, this is a place where things can begin to feel easier.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is both supportive and practical. I create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s been overwhelming—whether that’s your child, your family, or your own experience during pregnancy or postpartum. You won’t just talk—you’ll leave with tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and feel more in control day-to-day. My goal is for you to feel relief, clarity, and support early on in our work together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with a consultation to ensure it feels like a good fit. From there, the first few sessions focus on understanding what’s been going on and identifying clear, meaningful goals. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and support. Early on, many clients begin to feel more clarity and relief, and over time we focus on creating lasting, sustainable change in your daily life and relationships.
