As a daughter of immigrants, she has a deep lived experience of holding space for multiple perspectives and a passion for understanding the complexities of identity and relationship dynamics. Suzanne is trained in many therapeutic approaches and often leans on cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy and has experience working with individuals of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Suzanne has a heart and hunger to connect with clients to create a personally tailored safe space where they can build a window of tolerance for their stressors and live life more fully.
