I DO NOT DO ANY MEDICATION MANAGEMENT If you’re looking for a peaceful space to help you sort out stressful thoughts and discover new insights, I can help. As a person-centered counselor, I believe you have the potential to find the answers you seek. My role is to collaborate and guide you along the way. I hold a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton, with additional graduate studies at Miami University and a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University. I’m also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), which means I have specialized training in exploring the causes and treatment of anxiety and panic disorders. Along with talk therapy, I use techniques such as mindfulness, movement, grounding, and breathwork. These techniques have been found to be effective therapies in bringing balance to the mind and reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I work with the whole person: mind, body, and spirit in a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere, and at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you’re ready to find more joy and contentment in life, I’d be honored to meet with you for a consultation. I’m here to listen and nurture you on your journey. You are not alone.
