Through all seasons of life, having a lending ear and support can help guide us through unexpected transitions, stressors, loss, and moments where we feel powerless. As a client-centered therapist, my goal is to assist you in feeling empowered as the “Captain” of your life, even during rough waves. As a licensed master social worker, I have demonstrated experience in mental health and working with families and individuals of all ages adjusting to various life stressors. I have previous experience in health care, managed care, and private practice.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Through interventions not limited to supportive counseling, psychoeducation, and a holistic / mindfulness approach one can learn to better navigate life's stressors. My areas of focus include grief/loss work, adjustment to life transitions, young adults, self-actualization, anxiety, and caregiver fatigue.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is eclectic including trauma informed, meaning making, narrative work and incorporation of CBT and emotional regulation skill building. Ultimately, you are the expert of your own life and through a therapeutic alliance we can work towards healing and self-knowledge.
