Getting to know Suzanne Locicero-Blount

I am a clinical licensed mental health counselor LMHC specializing in serving clients that experience trauma, anxiety and depression and are looking for meaning and purpose. I work with individual adults of all ages specializing in mindfulness and talk therapy using researched based strategies and modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems & acceptance & commitment therapy. I believe in the magic of talk therapy and have dreamed of being a counselor since I was in high school. Healing comes from being given the space to process your feelings and receive validation and acceptance for just being you. I was always told I was too much as a child, which had negative connotations and more or less, shaped my belief about emotions. Hmmm, I wont show those anymore. Now, as an adult, I can provide myself the validation and acceptance I need. I can change that narrative, accept myself and all the extras and find real love. It is inside all of us.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
