I am expert level in ART (eye movement processing) therapy, which is very creative and involves little talking! It is a great way to process the hard stuff without rehashing all of it. Life is hard, especially with what you have been through. Together, let's process that part of your story so you can feel better about how you are and figure out how to move forward with confidence. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Utah State University, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to therapy.
