I have worked as a Mental Health therapist for over 30 years. I love my work as much today as I did the day I started. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, bringing extensive experience and education to my practice. I am honored to join people where they are on their journey. I focus on positive goals to help patients get back on track or even experience transformation. Understanding that it takes courage to come to therapy, I emphasize the patient-therapist relationship. There must be an experience of safety and trust for the therapeutic work to ensue. I use a warm, relaxed style with fierce reflection or gentle support depending on many variables. I utilize humor combined with therapeutic skills, which makes my approach unique and personal. With a broad skill set, I employ multiple interventions to create a treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each individual. I look forward to meeting you and facing the facts together.

My therapist is a great fit for me.
My therapist was able to understand my thoughts and actions and we were able to discuss my behavior and how all things related. Also my therapist was able to help me sort out my feelings and help me identify the behaviors that resulted from them. Being able to identify and work on negative behaviors resulting from our therapy is making me feel better with myself and my life. I feel I am able to work through things and know I am not alone.
