Suzette has helped clients navigate concerns including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI), grief and bereavement, relationship and family conflict, life transitions, and the emotional impact of trauma. She understands that each person's story is unique and believes therapy should be tailored to meet each client's individual needs, goals, and strengths. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. Suzette integrates a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, the Strengths Perspective, Cognitive Reframing, and other therapeutic interventions to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
