Hello, I'm Suzette Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the founder of Boundless Love Psychotherapy, LLC. I believe that healing begins in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where every person feels seen, heard, and valued. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and supportive psychotherapy—to help clients develop practical skills, improve relationships, and build emotional resilience. As both a therapist and educator, I am passionate about equipping clients with tools they can use beyond the therapy session. Whether you are recovering from painful experiences, adjusting to a major life change, strengthening your relationships, or seeking greater emotional wellness, my goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-informed counseling that thoughtfully integrates Christian principles into the therapeutic process while honoring each person's beliefs and treatment goals. Taking the first step toward counseling takes courage. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, hope, and lasting growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about your struggles, celebrate your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. Clients often describe me as compassionate, approachable, and encouraging. I strive to balance empathy with practical guidance, helping you gain insight while also developing tools you can apply in everyday life. Together, we'll identify your goals, explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build healthy coping strategies that support long-term emotional well-being. My approach is collaborative and individualized because no two people have the same story. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or overwhelming stress, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and equipped with practical steps toward healing. For clients who request it, I also offer faith-informed counseling that thoughtfully integrates Christian principles into therapy while respecting each person's values, beliefs, and treatment goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I'll ask questions about what brought you to therapy, your personal history, current concerns, relationships, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. This initial assessment helps us develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs. In ongoing sessions, we'll work collaboratively to identify patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, develop practical coping strategies, and measure your progress toward your goals. Depending on your needs, we may focus on improving emotional regulation, managing anxiety or depression, strengthening relationships, processing grief or trauma, navigating life transitions, or building healthier ways of thinking and responding to life's challenges. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care—to provide treatment that is both compassionate and effective. I also believe lasting change happens both inside and outside of therapy, so I may recommend exercises, reflection activities, or practical skills to practice between sessions. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you make meaningful and lasting progress toward your personal goals.
