Getting to know Suzy Gold

Hello, thank you for checking out my information. I am a competent and compassionate Catholic Christian psychotherapist who holds LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) credentials and earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Drexel University. Since 2014, I have gained extensive clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in home, school, and community settings, as well as inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient community mental health centers, and juvenile detention centers. My therapy training and experience include the following: creative art therapy, behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered psychotherapy, trauma-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, Christian faith-based therapy, and brief psychotherapy. I hope we can connect soon to get to know each other better and work on your counseling goals to help you live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Let's walk this life journey together! You are not alone!

What should a new client know about working with you?

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
