Getting to know Sydney Calloway
Change and growth don't have to feel scary, because I assist my clients in utilizing their strengths to take back their power! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I graduated from Mercer University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. After 5+ years of working in community mental health both at the inpatient and outpatient levels, I have gained invaluable experience working with individuals from multicultural backgrounds and with various severe mental health diagnoses. My clients can see that I am passionate about assisting them in healing wounds and navigating the next chapters in life. My experience includes treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, postpartum, racial issues, life transitions, relationship conflict, bipolar disorders, substance abuse, and more. I am EMDR trained and currently use EMDR in my practice.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
