I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, where I developed a solid foundation in counseling theories and interventions. I am under consistent supervision, which I utilize to provide the highest quality of counseling services. I have experience working with a range of mental health diagnoses by providing tailored interventions to address diverse emotional and psychological challenges. These include ADHD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, addictions, psychosis, behavior issues, school and relationship challenges, self-harm, and suicidal ideation, among others. Driven by a passion for mental health advocacy, I believe in the power of resilience and self-discovery. I offer both in-person and telehealth services, with weekend and evening availability included.
