Sydney Jenish is a Resident in Counseling. Hi! I am a Resident in Counseling working with adults navigating anxiety and stress, identity and self-esteem concerns, relational patterns and wounds, chronic illness (POTS/EDS/etc), LGBTQIA+ issues, and various life transitions. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, uncover patterns, deepen your self-understanding, and develop tools that actually fit your life. I also provide authentic, affirming, and empowering care for those who identify as LGBTQ+/queer, trans, poly, neurodivergent, and/or hold multicultural identities. Supervised by Katie Pancione, LPC. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is relational, direct, and authentic. I integrate skills-based strategies with relational and attachment-based therapy to support both practical coping and deeper self-understanding. Rather than focusing on “fixing,” therapy is about building resilience and helping you feel more connected to yourself.
