I focus on treating trauma across all ages, from children to adults. I am thoroughly trained and certified in both EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My goal is to provide a secure and welcoming environment where you can delve into and work through the challenges you've faced.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer free 15-minute consultations to see if we would be a good fit. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard. This is very important to me in working with others while you share your most vulnerable parts.
