What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m excited for the opportunity to connect. My goal is to discover where you feel stuck and together find the peace or resolution you’re looking for. I have various tools such as Microcurrent Neurofeedback, EMDR, and other modalities for holistic care. I hope to create a positive relationship first, then committed to seeing that your time and energy pays off.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Coming into therapy can be difficult, so you can expect me to listen first. I truly want to understand where you’re coming from and see that you feel heard. Often individuals come in feeling chaotic, anxious, and unable to sleep. I’ve found it’s hard to jump into talk therapy before the body experiences relief and safety. I am trained in Microcurrent Neurofeedback, which uses cutting edge technology to decrease anxiety, emotional reactivity, and improve sleep. I often utilize this first in order to provide you with relief before diving into talk therapy.
