It is imperative to pay attention to the obstacles we cannot see. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Boston University and work with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing the challenges of relationships, unhealthy boundaries, crises, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I value developing a safe therapeutic relationship and utilize modalities such as accelerated resolution therapy (ART), motivational interviewing, CBT, reality testing, and person-centered therapy. I hope that you will allow me to walk with you through your journey toward overcoming what stands in your way of relief and resolution.
