As an outpatient therapist, I use trauma-informed, patient-centered, and strengths-based approaches to help adolescents, adults, and parents. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, executive functioning difficulties, self-esteem concerns, women's issues, parenting stress, and major life transitions when you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. Before becoming a therapist, my path began with supporting adolescents with diverse learning, emotional, and behavioral needs in educational settings. These experiences deepened my commitment to providing compassionate and individualized care that recognizes each person's unique story and strengths. I bring this background in mental health counseling and special education to each session, creating a space where patients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their growth.
