What should a new client know about working with you?

My work is rooted in a relational framework that centers the healing power of the therapeutic connection. I focus on early attachment patterns and the ways in which broader social and cultural contexts shape your sense of self. I also believe in the importance of the stories we tell about ourselves and listen closely to the language you use to make sense of your experiences. I will also work to listen to your unconscious so that together we can bring it to light and understand, together, your behavioral and emotional patterns.

Collaboratively, we’ll explore your emotional landscape with compassion and clarity. My goal is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, while honoring your unique way of being in the world.
