Getting to know Sydney Towle

My role as a therapist is to support you in finding the strengths you already have. My goal is to create a space in which you feel seen and heard without judgment. My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care that focuses on implementing sustainable coping strategies. I have earned my Marriage and Family Therapy license through an extensive work history with folks primarily working through issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, attentive and/or spectrum-related challenges, and identity concerns. I have been honored to work with a wondrously diverse population, including many LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks. I'm a therapist with Octave and Evernorth Behavioral Care Group.
