I specialize in supportive work with individuals experiencing critical mental health concerns, PTSD, life stressors, and substance use challenges, including co-occurring disorders and high-risk behaviors. I practice from a trauma-informed lens and thoughtfully consider cultural identity, systemic stressors, and lived experience in our work together. I am committed to affirming care that supports body positivity self-acceptance, and empowered personal narratives.
