What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adolescents, couples, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you create meaningful and lasting change. Our first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, reviewing your history, and identifying the goals that are most important to you. From there, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs and preferences. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, culturally responsive, and paced in a way that feels comfortable for you. Whether you're seeking support for a current challenge or looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen healthy coping skills, and move toward the life you want to create. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
