I am a dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College. I specialize in life transitions?times in a a person's life that call for deep self-evaluation and reflection?as well as depression, anxiety, relationships, attachment anxiety, codependency, parenting, childhood and adult trauma, and religious trauma. I use compassion and empathy, along with alternative methods of healing, to help you identify your own life's path. While life is an ongoing process of learning and growth, I will support you in walking your journey free from the grips of anxiety, depression, inner criticism, and fear of loss. I often combine various therapeutic modalities in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide on the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.
